Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the nationwide partner network strategy across Billers, Merchants, Banks, and strategic partners.
- Lead and approve senior-level negotiations for complex, high-value partnership deals and commercial frameworks.
- Own partner portfolio P&L, including revenue, TPV/GMV, transaction volume, costs, and margins.
- Oversee large-scale API integration and partner onboarding, coordinating with Product, Technology, Legal, and other functions.
- Drive payment flow optimization, routing strategies, and technology recommendations based on transaction data.
- Develop post-launch activation and transaction growth strategies to expand partnership value.
- Manage executive relationships with key Banks, Aggregators, Billers, and strategic partners; resolve critical partnership issues.
- Oversee reconciliation, settlement, and transaction discrepancy management across the partner portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management / Partnership team, fostering a performance- and data-driven culture.
- Report partnership performance to the Management Board and contribute to company-wide payment ecosystem and partnership strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance & Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within Payments, Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, Telecommunications, Utilities, or similar digital transaction-driven industries.
- 5+ years at Director / Head / Senior Manager level, with direct leadership of Account Management or Partnership teams in Bill Payment, Payment Gateway, Banking, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of bill payment, fund flows, reconciliation/settlement, and complex multi-party partnerships.
- Extensive senior-level network across Billers, Aggregators, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Government organizations
