Account Management Lead (FMCG)

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire and nurture brands, principals, and major merchants that significantly contribute to Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
    • Cultivate and sustain relationships with merchants, negotiate advantageous deals based on campaigns or seasonal demands.
    • Identify new collaborative opportunities that align with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
    • Uphold service quality provided by sellers, ensuring low cancellation and return rates, efficient shipping lead times, and other factors to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage mid- and long-tail merchants through scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • Proficiency in both English and Thai languages
    • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce; direct experience in relevant categories is preferred
    • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail, numerical proficiency, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong connections with brands and major sellers are advantageous
    • A collaborative team player, quick learner, and adaptable to changes
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
