    • 7th Floor, CDC Building, 25 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi, VietnamWorking Time: Monday - Friday (08h30– 18h00). Lunch Break: 12h00 – 13h30


    Salary Range: Negotiable
    Benefits: Fixed 13th month & Quarterly Bonus & Year-end Bonus

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • Deliver high quality job matches to candidates with clear objectives to achieve a set of specified KPIs. 
    • Perform a full spectrum of a 360-degree consultant (Job Delivery & Business Development) and fully handle a highly lucrative group of many key accounts (Account Management). 
    • Reports to Team Manager, Industrial & Manufacturing. 

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    • Manage key accounts and be an active biller to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets. 
    • Manage to complete recruitment assignments, with a high priority on mid-to-senior roles.
    • Ensure a healthy job pipeline and a regular revenue stream on a quarterly basis. 
    • Fully responsible for both client and candidate management; developing and maintaining all aspects of the relationship.
    • Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building a strong professional network.
    • Follow up a full recruitment cycle from the beginning until closing/offering/post-offering.
    • Demonstrate regular business development activities with new and existing clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities through utilizing professional network, industry knowledge and market insight. 
    • Demonstrate recruitment consultancy among assigned sectors with diversified job functions in one client company.
    • Make and submit performance reports and industry analysis to Team Manager to be in line with company strategies and goals.
    • Update related data onto company internal system (CRM).
    • Perform other tasks assigned by Team Manager. 

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is welcomed.  
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in recruitment services or technical sales with good track records from (a) specific sector(s) related to Industrial & Manufacturing.   
    • Express a high willingness to learn, a can-do spirit and a strong result-oriented, sales-oriented mindset. 
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, flexibly applying suitable approaches and communication styles to different people and situations.
    • A multitasker, a quick learner, a fast responder, and a task killer. 
    • Flexible, open-minded, agile, and proactive.  
    • Ability to reflect professional business manners and maintain a high standard of work.
    • Knowledge of People Management skills.
    • Good Negotiation skills.
    • Time Management and Planning.
    • Good and smooth communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Vietnamese.
