Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct basic technical assessments, system monitoring, and on site support for customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver technical presentations, product training, and best practice sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business strategies and key customer initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets through consultative selling and value driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, customer records, and reporting in accordance with company standards.
- Promote workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with operations, engineering, quality, and production teams at customer sites.
- Translate operational excellence, quality, and productivity objectives into practical business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with exposure to brewery operations.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI), TPM, Quality Management Systems, or operational excellence programs is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
