Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers within the Food & Beverage sector.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
    • Conduct basic technical assessments, system monitoring, and on site support for customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Deliver technical presentations, product training, and best practice sharing sessions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business strategies and key customer initiatives.
    • Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets through consultative selling and value driven solutions.
    • Maintain accurate sales activities, customer records, and reporting in accordance with company standards.
    • Promote workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships with operations, engineering, quality, and production teams at customer sites.
    • Translate operational excellence, quality, and productivity objectives into practical business solutions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
    • 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with exposure to brewery operations.
    • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI), TPM, Quality Management Systems, or operational excellence programs is an advantage.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop consultative sales skills.
    • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
    • Good command of English.
