Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Accounting Management: Oversee the accounting operations, including the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- GL Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all general ledger accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Audit Support: Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring effective performance management and professional development.
