Administration & HR Senior Specialist

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR & ADM coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the local recruitment work, business practicalities during the company establishment, operations-related practicalities, and systematic HR development

    Responsibilities and Duties
    Strategic Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the present and future needs of the organization.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist in the establishment of the production facility in Haiphong, handling administrative tasks related to HR functions.
    • Manage employee documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms as needed.
    • Coordinate training programs and information for new hires.
    • Provide general support to the administration staff, including assisting with special projects and events.

    Start-up phase:

    • Support in managing personal workspaces, meeting rooms, wardrobes, office kitchens, restrooms, etc.
    • Coordinate canteen services, including meal scheduling, menu planning, and managing vendor relationships. CONFIDENTIAL.
    • Oversee work clothes ordering process, including collecting employee requests, placing orders, and managing inventory together with the Logistics & Warehouse department. 
    • Coordinate shuttle service.

    Compliance:

    • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance. 
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal matters.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Proven experience in administration and HR coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • People-oriented and results-driven. 
    • Fluent in English and Chinese
