Job Description
- Conduct research, implementation, and optimization of deep learning algorithms in the AI field, and provide deep learning solutions for specific requirements.
- Design and implement deep learning models, strategies, and algorithms to solve business problems and empower business operations.
- Oversee algorithm planning, utilizing capabilities in areas such as vision, speech, image processing, and recommendation systems, in collaboration with technical and product teams for practical implementation.
- Gain a deep understanding of business scenarios, collaborate with team members, propose innovative solutions, and drive project progress.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Language: English & Chinese/ Mandarin
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, experience in deep learning development, and the ability to independently implement algorithms with strong engineering skills.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in the deep learning domain, including at least 3 years of team management experience, and rich practical project experience in areas like large-scale language models, image generation, and recommendation systems.
- Data-driven mindset with a deep appreciation for the value of data in driving business and supporting decision-making.
- Familiarity with the latest academic and industry advancements, strong logical thinking and communication skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for tackling challenging problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Published conference or journal papers in venues ranked CCF B or above.
- Achieved top 1% rankings in model-related competitions, such as Alibaba Tianchi Contests, Alibaba AI Security Competitions, KDD Cup, etc.
- Habit of open-sourcing code, with noticeable influence and advancements in the field.
