Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges.
- Design and execute experiments using established research methodologies and frameworks.
- Analyze research data, evaluate findings, and derive meaningful insights.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate research ideas and hypotheses.
- Collaborate with research and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and directions.
- Document research methodologies, findings, and results through technical reports and publications.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry developments, and research trends.
- Conduct literature reviews and competitive research to support research initiatives.
- Contribute to patent applications and broader intellectual property development.
- For senior-level researchers: lead research projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technical strategy.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI research or applied AI research.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research methodology skills.
- Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
- Hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning and AI techniques.
- Experience with or knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI is a plus.
- Knowledge of scientific computing, simulation tools, version control, and collaborative development practices is beneficial.
- Understanding of academic publishing and peer-review processes is an advantage.
- Track record of AI/ML research contributions, publications, or patents is highly valued.
