Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of content marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and generating leads through various channels.
- Produce engaging and high-quality content like articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics that align with the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee social media platforms and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with users.
- Assist in developing and implementing the CRM Marketing Strategy to improve customer interaction through proactive communication and marketing automation.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, content reach, and campaign effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all content is search engine optimized (SEO) and performs well in terms of readability, relevance, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Creative Media, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
- Experience in IT or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube), email marketing (Pardot), and content marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content across different formats.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
