Role Summary
Work closely with sales and customers to deliver tailored industrial automation solutions. Responsibilities include market and product insights, managing customer technical requirements, supporting project selection and commissioning, expanding product applications, and enhancing internal technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Product & Solution Insights – Analyze product application trends, identify customer pain points, assess competitors, and discover new business opportunities from a product perspective.
- Customer Requirement Management – Collaborate closely with customers’ technical teams to fully understand requirements, deliver effective solutions, oversee the end-to-end requirement process, and contribute to the definition of global platform products.
- Product Expansion – Partner with overseas sales to form a cross-functional team, conduct market research, support product selection and commissioning, ensure project success, and replicate competitive solutions to build market reputation.
- Internal Enablement – Share successful cases, enhance solution capabilities, and contribute to improving overall team competence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Solid understanding of industrial automation, including servo drives, inverters, PLCs, and related applications
- Experience with a reputable industrial automation company preferred
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
