Area Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned territory through effective sales planning and execution.
    • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service and value-added solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
    • Lead, coach, and develop sales and service teams through performance management, training, and regular field coaching.
    • Support team members during customer visits, providing guidance on sales strategies, presentations, and technical applications.
    • Monitor and control operating expenses in line with approved budgets.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.
    • Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical disciplines.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience selling technical or industrial solutions to manufacturing sectors such as Food & Beverage, Textiles & Garments, Electronics, Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
    • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing sales and service teams.
    • Proven success in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
