Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned territory through effective sales planning and execution.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service and value-added solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and service teams through performance management, training, and regular field coaching.
- Support team members during customer visits, providing guidance on sales strategies, presentations, and technical applications.
- Monitor and control operating expenses in line with approved budgets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling technical or industrial solutions to manufacturing sectors such as Food & Beverage, Textiles & Garments, Electronics, Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing sales and service teams.
- Proven success in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
