Job Description:

Collaborate with various brands and coordinate the Operations team to supervise, execute, and update reports on the BTL activities for brands, ensuring that the programs run as planned.

Manage the brand’s warehouse.

Oversee and execute brand décor items in the market (e.g., signboards, decor for MT channels, etc.).
-
Manage the brand, including overseeing, designing, developing samples, and producing packaging.
-
Assist in preparing and executing brand communication campaigns (ATL & BTL) and events as directed by the Brand Manager for the brand.
Product Research & Development:
-
Conduct research and surveys to propose product concepts for new products.
-
Conceptualize, develop designs, and create prototypes and packaging for new products.
-
Coordinate with the Purchasing department and manufacturers to develop product models and packaging.
-
Conduct surveys to improve the quality and packaging of products.
-
Generate ideas and develop key visuals and complete product information.
Brand Activities:
-
Plan, execute, and monitor ATL activities for the brand.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement BTL activities at sales points, including PG inline, displays, sampling, commando programs, promotions, signage, and trucks.

Work with the Purchasing department to acquire POSM items for sales support activities.
-
Coordinate the purchase of promotional gifts to support sales promotions.
-
Plan and implement sponsorship activities.
-
Lead internal communication and sales support activities.
-
Plan and execute promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
Contracts & Payments:
-
Prepare contracts, acceptance, and payment documentation for commercial/service agreements related to the brand's communication activities.

Handle contracts, acceptance, and payment procedures for third-party service providers.
-
Prepare documentation for sponsorship contracts, including contracts, acceptance, and payment records.
Reporting:

Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports on brand activities, market performance, competitor analysis, and top-of-mind awareness as required by management.

Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide product development reports as requested by supervisors.
Other Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with other departments to handle and resolve work-related issues.

Update product information for Sales and Marketing, design promotional leaflets, and provide product images and sales support materials such as tags, promotional boards, etc.

Maintain and update product information on the website.

Develop ideas for packaging designs and sales support materials for the chemical team.
-
Monitor and manage the brand's budget.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Foreign Trade, Communication, or Business Administration.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within FMCG companies or groups.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
-
Familiar with the latest marketing trends.
-
Strong knowledge of marketing, advertising, communication, product development, packaging, research, and analysis.

Experience in ASEAN/Indochina markets is an advantage.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills; organized, motivated, strategic, quality-driven, flexible, and persuasive.

Creative, self-confident, disciplined, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and hard-working.
