Assistant Business Development cum Admin

    1. Job Purpose:
    Support the Business Development team by assisting in client acquisition, maintaining relationships, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
    2. Key Responsibilities:
    Business Development:

    • Conduct cold and warm calls to generate leads for payroll and staffing services.
    • Identify and engage potential clients, manage meetings, and support deal closures.
    • Organize and assist with client presentations and maintain client databases.

    Client Service:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (HR, C&B, Procurement).
    • Prepare high-quality materials to support business development activities.
    • Assist with internal project reporting for the Business Development Director (BDD).

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage contract data entry in CRM and Excel.
    • Track and manage contracts for the Executive Search Sales team.
    • Assist with translations, meeting minutes, and maintaining organized records.

    Reporting:

    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales pipelines and contract status.

    Other Tasks:

    • Support other tasks as assigned by the BDD.

    3. Requirements:
    Education & Knowledge:

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Basic knowledge of the Labor Code and HR practices is a plus.

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

    Skills:

    • Strong English communication (written and spoken).
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
