Associate Director/ Director Of Enterprise Solution Sales

    Responsibilities:

    • Starting as an Individual Contributor, expanding the business, developing and managing a sales force, and handling both Indonesia and Singapore markets and individual quotas (Hybrid Role).
    • The individual possesses strong management skills, having the ability to oversee the entire sales process from end-to-end.
    • Being able to independently promote and sell enterprise solutions to potential clients.
    • Having ability to mentor junior team members on deal progression through closure.
    • Develop company's market presence in the Indonesian corporate ecosystem.

     

    Qualifications:

    Must have:

    • At least 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a preference for expertise in SaaS-based offerings within Analytics, DMP, or Marketing systems.
    • Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbally and non-verbally).
    • A proven track record of surpassing sales quotas as an individual contributor.
    • Having established connections with senior-level clients in Indonesia.
    • A self-motivated individual who can navigate and thrive in a dynamic startup environment characterized by ambiguity and a fast pace is desired.
    • Demonstrating proficiency in conveying technical and business concepts to both mid/senior management and C-level executives.

    Nice to have:

    • It would be advantageous to have professional knowledge of the terminology, trends, and concepts related to Data and AI products.
