JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop plans and build business targets by product for the business units
- Develop and implement sales and promotion policies, programs
- Responsible for training and guiding business units in product development
- Responsible for receiving, handling, or coordinating with relevant units to handle and respond to difficulties and problems related to product content and services of the business unit
- Monitor and evaluate the performance results; propose adjustment of mechanisms, policies, etc. related to products and services
- Build, implement and evaluate customer service
- Perform administration, personnel training and organization, arrangement, and supervision of the general work of the Division
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Bank's leaders and the Division leaders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 08 years of working experience related to credit operations at the bank, of which at least 05 years of experience in the position of Branch Manager/Head of Department in HO Divisions or more or 01 year of experience in the position of Regional Director/equivalent position.
- Priority will be given to candidates with retail experience in large-scale and understanding of economic characteristics in many areas
