Responsibilities:
- Lead an in-country field sales team, serving as a team leader responsible for achieving the overall country (TH) signings quota and individual quota (Hybrid Player Coach Role).
- Independently evangelize and promote enterprise solutions to potential customers, demonstrating a strong ability to manage the entire deal process from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Provide direction and guidance to junior team members on deal progression to closure using established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
- Collaborate with Thailand's CSM, Sales, and Technical teams to service and upsell into the key accounts in Thailand.
- Build the company's market presence in the Thai business ecosystem, including participating as a speaker in events.
- Encourage outstanding individual contributors looking to advance in their careers to apply.
About You:
- Proficient in both oral and written communication in English and Thai.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to an ambiguous, fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
- 7-10 years of software sales experience, preferably with SaaS-based offerings in Analytics, DMP, or Marketing systems.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts to customers' mid/senior management as well as C-level executives
