AV Sales Excecutive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage with potential clients involved in AV (audio/visual) projects.
    • Expand the customer base and explore new markets by working with suppliers, end-users, and distribution partners.
    • Collaborate with manufacturers’ sales teams and internal technical experts to deliver timely and accurate quotations and tailored AV solutions.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively advise and support clients.
    • Actively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach efforts such as seminars, webinars, and email campaigns.
    • Provide regular and transparent updates on sales performance and progress.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in AV sales or technical solution selling is required.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Resilient and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Open to frequent travel depending on business needs.
    • Familiarity with computer-based and networked AV solutions.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
