Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to company-wide operations, including building partnerships.
- Assist leadership in creating proposals for new products and services.
- Actively build relationships with partners to boost the company's standing and find new opportunities.
- Directly generate new business leads.
- Understand the company's strategy and fundraising approach.
- Help leadership identify new markets and expand within existing ones.
- Assist with strategy development and meeting preparation.
- Design action plans for projects, track results, and ensure everything supports the company's goals.
- Attend high-level meetings with leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
- Assist with creating and reviewing business proposals.
- Handle additional growth-focused tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, engineering, or related field). Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in a relevant field.
- Management consulting and/or tech startup experience is a major plus.
- Experience in operations within growth-oriented companies.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and adaptability in working with senior management.
- Strategic thinker, problem-solver, with data-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Market research skills and understanding of product development.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong business understanding (market dynamics, competition, customer needs).
- Finance or sustainability industry experience is highly desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
