B2B Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

    Location: Quang Ninh (with housing support for expats).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide effective solutions.

    Sales Promotion and Negotiation

    • Identify potential clients and promote developments.
    • Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit.

    Licensing and Documentation Support

    • Guide investors through IRC/ERC procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to facilitate licensing processes.

    Event Organization and Networking

    • Organize and participate in events, workshops, and meetings to promote projects.
    • Establish and maintain networks with external stakeholders, including investors and government agencies.

    Debt Management

    • Monitor and handle bad debts, working closely with clients and finance teams to ensure resolution.

    Reporting and Coordination

    • Provide regular updates on sales activities and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

    Market Research and Strategy Development

    • Analyze market trends and client needs to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Languages, or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Excellent proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory.
    • Demonstrated expertise in sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Prior experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with networking with authorities is an advantage.
    • Willingness to attend business trips and participate in social engagements, such as welcome parties with customers and partners.
