Location: Quang Ninh (with housing support for expats).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Sales Promotion and Negotiation
- Identify potential clients and promote developments.
- Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit.
Licensing and Documentation Support
- Guide investors through IRC/ERC procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to facilitate licensing processes.
Event Organization and Networking
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and meetings to promote projects.
- Establish and maintain networks with external stakeholders, including investors and government agencies.
Debt Management
- Monitor and handle bad debts, working closely with clients and finance teams to ensure resolution.
Reporting and Coordination
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Market Research and Strategy Development
- Analyze market trends and client needs to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Languages, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with networking with authorities is an advantage.
- Willingness to attend business trips and participate in social engagements, such as welcome parties with customers and partners.
