B2B Sales Manager

    Objective:

    To oversee sales and marketing activities in Thailand.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Managing Client Relationships:

    • Cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary liaison for clients, business associates, and stakeholders within the country.
    • Lead negotiations for new long-term service agreements.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts in the region.


    Business Development:

    • Identify and prioritize existing and potential customers in the region.
    • Enhance current revenue streams and explore new opportunities for revenue generation.
    • Actively promote and expand the portfolio of the company's products and services.
    • Spearhead market development initiatives, including the establishment of agent and distributor networks.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism in client interactions.
    • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Support global business development strategies as required.


    Required Skills and Experience:

    Proficiency in Industrial Product Sales:

    • Strong understanding of industrial product sales, with knowledge of the stainless-steel market considered advantageous.
    • Ability to identify sales opportunities and prioritize them strategically in alignment with the companny's objectives.
    • Track record of building and sustaining profitable relationships with senior decision-makers at both international and domestic levels, supported by evidence.


    Desirable Experience and Skills:

    Background in steel manufacturing or other heavy industrial sectors.
    Familiarity with multinational organizational structures.
    Experience in service-oriented industries.
    Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, complemented by Business Administration credentials, is preferred.

    Position based  in Thailand.
