About the Role
Our client is entering the Middle East and is seeking a Back Office Manager to build and lead core support functions across Finance, HR, Legal, and Logistics. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the Country/Regional Head and a key facilitator between the local team and global corporate functions, ensuring compliant, efficient, and seamless operations across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and oversee back office operations across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Office Administration.

Localize and implement corporate policies across multiple Middle East countries, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate with global headquarters to streamline reporting, documentation, and approval workflows.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, government liaison, licensing, and visa/work permit procedures.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations for local teams.

Oversee budget planning, expenditure tracking, and financial documentation.

Support logistics and fleet operations in coordination with the operations team.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing operational insights and problem-solving support.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Operations / HR / Administration / General Affairs / Finance or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and government processes in Middle East markets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multicultural teams.

Hands-on, solution-driven mindset — comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
