Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems and services using Java and Spring frameworks.

Create and update technical documentation, including system architecture and API specifications.

Support and optimize core services related to enterprise communication platforms.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Strong core Java skills, including experience with multithreading, input/output operations, and JVM memory management.

Solid knowledge of Java performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.

Hands-on experience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, and systems requiring high availability and high concurrency.

Familiarity with Linux commands and the ability to handle independent deployments and troubleshooting.

Collaborative mindset, integrity, and a proactive approach.

Proficient communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on big data projects.

Familiarity with tools like Kafka and HBase.
