    • Drive in-platform execution excellence, optimizing search visibility, navigation, product detail pages, and conversion funnel.
    • Build and track dashboards and category health metrics (e.g., fill rate, OOS rate, seller performance); proactively address gaps with data-driven actions.

    3. Seller & Brand Management

    • Build strong relationships with key sellers and brand partners to unlock joint business plans, exclusive deals, and co-marketing campaigns.
    • Continuously evaluate seller/brand performance and implement improvement plans including operational SLAs, product assortment, and promotional effectiveness.
    • Source and onboard new merchants or DTC brands to enrich the assortment; identify and incubate high-potential products and sellers.

    4. Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Partner closely with analytics and data science teams to monitor performance trends and inform tactical decisions.
    • Use insights and dashboards to steer category direction, test hypotheses, and refine initiatives in real-time.
    • Continuously assess ROI of initiatives and prioritize actions based on business impact and resource availability.

    5. Governance & Risk Management

    • Monitor and manage risks in pricing, content quality, seller behavior, and customer experience.
    • Support policy implementation around pricing, operations, and seller compliance to ensure long-term sustainability.

    Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
