MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Devise and implement a robust offline data architecture tailored for large-scale recommendation systems.
- Craft and deploy adaptable, scalable, resilient, and high-performing storage and computing systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting of production systems and create necessary mechanisms and tools to ensure overall operational stability.
- Construct cutting-edge distributed systems, such as storage and computing, to furnish dependable infrastructure for extensive data and business systems.
- Create and deploy techniques and analytical applications to convert raw data into actionable insights using data-centric programming languages and visualization software.
- Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning methodologies to extract and analyze information from vast structured and unstructured datasets.
- Visualise, interpret, and present data discoveries, potentially generating dynamic data reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with various open-source frameworks in the big data domain, including Hadoop, Hive, Flink, FlinkSQL, Spark, Kafka, HBase, Redis, RocksDB, ElasticSearch, and others.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, and other programming languages.
- Exceptional coding skills and troubleshooting proficiency.
