Boutique Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Boutique Operations & Brand Presentation

    • Direct all daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless functionality.
    • Uphold and enhance the highest standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising in alignment with the brand's luxury identity.
    • Ensure the boutique environment is always pristine, well-organized, and aesthetically appealing.
    • Oversee the flawless presentation and correct pricing of all products.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead the full employee lifecycle: recruit, train, manage performance, and guide the career development of all boutique staff.
    • Inspire and coach the team to consistently deliver an exceptional, personalized client service and to achieve both individual and boutique sales goals.
    • Manage staff schedules strategically to ensure optimal floor coverage, especially during peak hours.

    Sales Management & Client Development

    • Drive the boutique to meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and active floor management.
    • Build and nurture a loyal client base, with a strong focus on developing relationships with VIPs to drive client retention.
    • Act as the primary point of resolution for elevated client concerns or special requests, handling all situations with professionalism, grace, and efficiency.

    Reporting & Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal departments to flawlessly execute in-store marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and new collection launches.
    • Plan and manage the execution of exclusive in-boutique events (e.g., collection launches, private viewings) to enhance client engagement and brand prestige.
    • Analyze business performance and provide comprehensive reports on sales, KPIs, and client feedback to senior leadership.
    • Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by senior management.

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills to lead a high-performing team.
    • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor that reflects the standards of a luxury brand.
    • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
    • Sophisticated interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an innate ability to connect with a discerning clientele.
