About Hiring Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning products with nearly 50 years of operation and a presence in over 100 countries. The company entered Vietnam in 2023 with a Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and is now looking to establish a branch in the North.
Position Overview
As the Branch Director for North Vietnam, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the branch, overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, aftersales, logistics, and marketing. You will work closely with the Sales VP and lead a team to drive the business forward in the North market.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth in the North Vietnam market.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of professionals to ensure the branch meets and exceeds its objectives.
- Ensure efficient coordination of logistics and aftersales services to meet customer demands and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Establish and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase brand presence and market share in the North region.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales VP on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HVAC Industry Sales Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry
- Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC after-sales, logistics, and marketing. Have a deep insight into the North Market
- Senior Manager Level: Experience at a Senior Manager level or equivalent, demonstrating the ability to handle complex operations and high-level decision-making.
