Brand Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Product Launch:

    • Oversee product development from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with global/regional teams on product development and business enhancement.
    • Coordinate with central teams on product updates, pricing, and features.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Represent the market in ASEAN-wide updates and share best practices.
    • Create and implement marketing launch plans, including communication plans and events.

    Product Expertise and Customer Focus:

    • Analyze product performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Stay ahead of consumer trends and analyze competitors.
    • Develop and validate training materials for sales teams.
    • Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

    Brand Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop overall brand strategy, target audience, and product positioning.
    • Provide input for retail marketing programs.
    • Propose effective marketing approaches and channels.
    • Lead marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
    • Oversee content development and asset production.
    • Measure and report on marketing campaign success.

    Agency Management:

    • Collaborate with agencies to ensure effective branding and messaging.

    Tasks handled by Central/Regional Teams:

    • Develop key nameplate launch strategies.
    • Develop creative assets to support local markets.
    • Recommend big ideas, activations, and initiatives.
    • Manage strategic partnerships at the ASEAN level.

    Qualification:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field within a fast-paced industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics), with a focus on automotive.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of business planning, branding, consumer insights, media planning, and creative asset management.
    • Knowledge of Vietnamese consumer behavior in the automotive industry.
    • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with sales and marketing software.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry, market segmentation, and Vietnamese government policies.
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
