Brand Manager

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Report to: Head of ETC/ OTC group

    Job Responsibilities

    · Planning medium and long-term strategies of the Brand to ensure the achievement of annual and long-term goals including Revenue, profit, and other marketing goals.

    · Planning, evaluating, and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

    · Develop a master plan for new and existing products including Product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy, and marketing programs.

    · Lead the implementation of the approved brand's marketing plan.

    · Monitor Brand budget and profitability to ensure activities stay within the approved budget and other financial indicators.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Knowledge Requirement:

    · University graduate or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Commerce.

    Experience Requirement:

    · Priority is given to candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position at multinational companies in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry

    Skill Requirement

    · Proficient in the use of office software applications (word, excel, power point...).

    · Good communication, reading, and understanding of documents in English Deal marker

    · Communication and negotiation skills

    · Leadership skills

    · Planning and reporting skills

    · Time management skills

    · Careful, thoughtful, flexible and active

    Personality Requirement

    · Enthusiastic, creative, good thinking, be an influencer and have a positive manner in work
