Brand Manager

    Overview
    This role involves taking a proactive and analytical approach to evaluating marketing initiatives and leveraging market data to identify key growth opportunities and potential risks. You will adapt regional brand strategies to fit the local context and work cross-functionally to execute marketing campaigns and patient access programs within a designated therapeutic area.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver insights into local market dynamics and customer behavior to support strategic brand planning.
    • Contribute feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns developed at the regional or global level.
    • Adapt regional brand strategies to the local market and ensure smooth execution of national brand plans, aligned with key performance metrics.
    • Lead, manage, and support the professional development of the local marketing team.
    • Oversee budget planning and ensure efficient use of marketing and promotional funds.
    • Collaborate closely with the medical and sales teams to engage healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders through scientific initiatives and educational programs.
    • Provide commercial insights—including competitor activity, customer needs, pricing trends, and value messaging—to support market access strategies.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of patient support and access initiatives.
    • Work with analysts to interpret market research and performance data to uncover business opportunities and anticipate potential threats.
    • Contribute to training programs for the field force to ensure consistent and accurate brand communication.
    • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant marketing regulations.

    What We’re Looking For:
    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life sciences field
    • Strong scientific knowledge or interest in medical content
    • More than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and strategic plans
    • Excellent organizational skills and a strategic mindset
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, especially with field-based teams, to tailor solutions to local challenges
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • A results-oriented, independent, and team-focused working style
    • Solid understanding of the healthcare system and market landscape in the local and regional context

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar postgraduate degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in market insights or healthcare market research
    • Background in field operations or leadership roles within a field force
    • Previous involvement in managing or supporting patient programs
