Brand Marketing Manager

    Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

    We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind brand success—leading exciting vehicle launches, executing powerful marketing campaigns, and influencing how consumers experience a global leading brand.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    1. Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

    • Serve as the end-to-end product owner for assigned vehicle lines—from early concept phases to post-launch growth.
    • Coordinate closely with global and regional teams to ensure Vietnam’s market needs are reflected at every stage of product development.
    • Lead the development and execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy including pricing, product features, marketing narrative, and rollout planning.
    • Own and deliver a comprehensive Marketing Launch Plan, including:
      • Integrated communications (ATL, BTL, digital)
      • Launch events and roadshows
      • Test drive and experience activations
      • Dealer engagement and readiness

    2. Customer Insight & Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Regularly analyze product performance, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify market opportunities and gaps.
    • Leverage data from internal and external sources (e.g. CRM, research reports) to build customer-centric marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with sales teams and dealer networks to understand frontline feedback and integrate it into campaign planning.
    • Validate and support creation of sales enablement materials to ensure consistent product messaging.

    3. Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution

    • Define and own the brand vision, value proposition, and tone of voice for each model in the local portfolio.
    • Develop and execute brand-building initiatives that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute:
      • 360° integrated marketing campaigns
      • Tactical retail campaigns to drive showroom traffic and sales
      • Partnership marketing with lifestyle, tech, or content partners
      • Brand activations and influencer collaborations
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, and optimize based on performance.

    4. Agency & Partner Collaboration

    • Work closely with creative, media, digital, PR, and event agencies to ensure consistent messaging and execution quality across all touchpoints.
    • Provide clear briefs and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
    • Coordinate with regional/global teams on centralized creative assets, toolkits, and best practices.
    • Localize regional/global brand strategies while maintaining alignment with global guidelines.

    5. Regional Alignment & Best Practice Sharing

    • Act as the local market voice in regional forums, providing input into ASEAN/global campaign planning and product development.
    • Share Vietnam market insights, campaign results, and learnings to enhance regional collaboration.
    • Leverage regional partnerships (e.g., with Meta, Google, TikTok) and participate in pilot initiatives that can scale locally.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a bonus).
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand management—FMCG is ideal, but not mandatory.
    • Deep understanding of Vietnamese consumers and the marketing channels that move them.
    • A blend of creative spark and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership chops.
