Brand & Marketing Senior Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, KOL, in-store customer journey based marketing, offline events.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth, extract insight to build marketing strategies.
    • Content Development: Execute the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, promotional materials, and digital content, KOL content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns to drive online engagement and sales.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams & APAC teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and successful campaign execution.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the effective delivery of marketing services.
    • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships,and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports of marketing activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Korea Branding & Marketing Director.

    Preferred Skills

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing management and campaign execution, preferably within the FMCG, F&B, retail, and other fast paced lifestyle industries.
    • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools. 
    • Outstanding creativity and attention to detail.
    • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
    • Proficient in Business English communication for professional settings.
