Job Description
- Set project goals and develop implementation plans based on the brand's culture, annual plan, and large-scale events.
- Plan showroom events for the brand, develop annual event management plans and promote collaboration between internal departments to achieve market KPIs and plan creative events.
- Plan, execute, and promote various online and offline promotional activities.
- Develop collaborative resources with the fashion industry and other industries, and integrate high-quality social resources. Lead discussions with internal and external collaborative resources in carrying out work.
- Have in-depth analytical capabilities using data on marketing research and business insights, and set reasonable goals.
- Develop, execute, and review online and offline promotion plans for core targets such as students and new members of the workforce.
Job Requirements
- University graduate or above. Native level Japanese, business level or above Chinese (or English).
- More than 3 years of work experience. Experience in brand promotion and marketing planning and management in Japan. Event planning experience at a well-known fashion company is preferred.
- Ability to plan based on specific themes and familiarity with planning and executing plans.
- High ability to plan, execute, and promote online and offline events.
- Ability to integrate resources and communicate, with the ability to smoothly discuss and collaborate internally and externally.
