Responsibilities and accountabilities
• To be in charge of starting, running, and growing a retail business.
• Take the lead in developing and implementing retail services and goods.
• Support the relevant teams in developing the policies needed to run the retail division (e.g., a broker/reemisier incentive policy).
• To be accountable for establishing a brand and gaining market share in retail.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
• Thorough understanding about business enviroment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
• Having experience of operation the network of broker and remisier.
• Strong networking with other securities company.
• 08 years experience of operation the retail services in a large size Vietnam securities company.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of English proficiency.
