Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing customer acquisition to achieve individual allocated revenue and market share targets.
- Setting up investment advice for Investment Advisory Department (brokerage), investment consulting management Customers Objectives to provide timely and accurate information, thereby helping customers make the right decisions in investment .
- Recruiting, Training and Managing Human Resources under the Objectives Department to effectively run the Department's human resources team.
- Implement the business plan of the Environment Department allocated from the Division Director / Executive Board To ensure the implementation of the business policy and plan.
- Monitoring environmental employees of corporate regulations, customer policies, product and service policies, etc. Support to support environmental staff with good professional knowledge, strictly comply with company regulations and laws methods, risks may arise in the process of taking care of customers.
Job Requirements
- Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
- Thorough understanding about business environment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
- Having experience of operation the network of broker and remisier.
- Strong networking with other securities company.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of English proficiency.
