Business Development Executive (BDE)

    Job Summary 

    EV Search is seeking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Business Development Executive to strengthen our business development efforts in the Glocal region.  

    • BDE’s primary role will involve spotting and supporting growth opportunities in the realm of human resources services.  As a vital member of the BD Team, you will be part of the business development team, where tasks include identifying new business opportunities, as well as prospecting, setting up and driving sales meetings, and participating in developing solutions and closing client deals.   
    • The ideal candidate must have a positive and engaging demeanor with clients, meticulous attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding communication skills with both colleagues and clients, and be adept at assisting in a range of tasks aimed at propelling EV Search's business development initiatives.  
    • Experience in training and development would be highly advantageous. 

     

    Key Accountabilities

    • Conduct market research, analyze findings, and provide concise insights to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities 
    • Support the Business Development activities in general where necessary.  
    • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or any client-related files. 
    • Management with accurate client information, including contact details, interactions, and contract’s copy.  
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency. 
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments. Ensure all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance. 
    • Administrative and communication tasks designed to facilitate the smooth functioning of daily activities. 
    • If directed, provide sales support and act as ambassador on behalf EV’s BD team. For example, handling small project inquiries, from inquiry through to successful conclusion. 
    • Adopt a cooperative and positive working style with internally and with Clients. 
    • Actively seek new Leads using outsourcing service by multi channels from cold call, LinkedIn platform, other business websites, network events, to personal network  
    • Use marketing tools to promote service and expand employer brand name to potential clients  
    • Manage new leads and existing clients, define requirements of Clients to prepare quotation.  
    • Draw up proposals and service agreements. 
    • Review service agreement and collaborate with regional legal team to ensure the related documents are well aligned with Vietnam law   
    • Efficiently oversee/manage the status of service agreements/contracts in a timely manner. 
    • Expand the range of services and industries served. 
    • Be responsible to manage sales revenue target monthly, quarterly and yearly with precision and dedication.  
    • Attend seminars, conference, and events where appropriate to expand business opportunities.  
    • Preparing relevant reports for BOD presentation 

    Person Specification

    Qualifications  

    • Ideally educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience, preferably within Business Management, Human Resource Administration, or anything related 
    • You have a higher academic degree, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Human Resource Management or/and Law. 

    Knowledge 

    Capacity and aptitude to undertake research and collate information as required.  

    Skills & Experience 

    • At least one (1) year related experience. 
    • Fluent in translating at least between English and Vietnamese 
    • Confident and articulate communicator with attention to detail, excellent written skills, and the ability to write reports and produce quality presentations.  
    • Focused and output driven, with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
