Responsibilities:
- Oversee consultants and handle activities related to obtaining master plan approval, investment certificates, and enterprise registration certificates
- Conduct research on industry trends and potential new markets to support project development.
- Perform site surveys and analyze land locations
- Gather and analyze information on potential business opportunities and market strategies
- Assist and support in drafting and negotiating contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
- 3–4 years of experience in land development, project management, or related roles in real estate investment.
- Skilled in drafting and editing official documents for submission to relevant authorities.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to assess complex information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
