Business Development Manager (BTL)

    Role

    Responsible for acquiring and developing new clients, driving revenue growth and long-term business expansion for the agency.

    Key responsibilities

    • Actively identify, approach, and develop new clients with BTL needs.
    • Work directly with Brand, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Procurement teams.
    • Consult and propose suitable BTL solutions: activation, sampling, events, roadshows, in-store promotion.
    • Collaborate with Account and Planning teams to develop proposals, pitching, and deal closing.
    • Manage sales pipeline and oversee negotiation and contract signing.
    • Coordinate with Account teams during project execution and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors; propose new business opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within BTL or Event agencies.
    • Proven ability to independently acquire new clients
    • Strong sales mindset with excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
    • Target-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
    • Existing client network is a strong advantage.
