Main responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to ensure and expand our business with both existing Chinese/Taiwanese accounts and by actively seeking new opportunities. Key tasks include:
- Identifying new sales opportunities and enjoying prospecting with a value-added approach.
- Demonstrating the ability to sell solutions and address complex customer requirements.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy, including market analysis, customer mapping, and tailored action plans.
- Engaging in consultative selling and advising on our sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutions and services.
- Proactively engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborating closely with other internal companies and departments, such as engineering, sourcing, customer service, and manufacturing.
- Accurately forecasting distribution and volume targets, managing the sales pipeline, and providing regular reports.
Minimum experience and education requirements:
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Experience in B2B full-cycle sales, ideally within a multi-national environment.
- Background in both new customer acquisition (hunting) and key account management.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry, other manufacturing sectors, or logistics.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
Languages:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.

- Effective at working with others to meet customer deadlines and deliverables; supports colleagues and shares information to ensure team success.
- Proactive in taking initiative, driving the agenda forward, and achieving results and expectations.
- Possesses technical understanding and the ability to explain technical aspects in a way that is easily understood by customers and other stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of international trade, logistics, and geographic information.
- Preferably, basic understanding of one or more key customer segments (Automotive, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Batteries, or Telecom & Datacom).
- Keeps up with competition by monitoring industry trends and news.
