Business Development Manager (Chinese/Taiwanese Speaker)

    Main responsibilities:     

     

    The Business Development Manager is tasked with identifying potential new clients and converting these prospects into increased business.      

                                          

    New Business Development 

     

    • Identify and seek out potential clients. 
    • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients. 
    • Arrange meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders. 
    • Plan strategies and collaborate with the team to develop proposals addressing clients’ needs, concerns, and goals. 
    • Participate in the creation of cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and quotations. 

    Client Retention 

     

    • Introduce new projects and services to enhance existing client relationships. 
    • Coordinate with various departments such as Procurement, Project Management, QA/QC, and HSE to fulfill customer requirements. 
    • Organize and participate in internal and external client debriefs. 

     

    Business Development Planning 

     

    • Attend industry events, such as association functions and conferences, to gather feedback and information on market and creative trends. 
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with the aim of developing new services, products, and distribution channels. 
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales. 
    • Leverage market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions. 
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors. 

     

     

    Essential Skills/Qualifications 

     

    • Degree from the National University of Civil Engineering, University of Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 
    • Preferably with experience and knowledge in the Industrial Construction Market or Renewable Energy sector in Vietnam and the region, especially in areas like general contracting, steel structures, industrial doors, industrial paints, and construction materials. 
    • Possesses a wide network of client relationships. 
    • Preference for candidates with experience as Sales Managers or Business Development Managers in construction service companies. 
    • Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems is advantageous.
