Business Development Manager (Client Expansion)

    Responsibilities: 

    • Ensure that strategic objectives are effectively translated into actionable business plans with established mechanisms for monitoring progress.

    • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential competitors operating in Vietnam.

    • Foster and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, regulators, and industry influencers.

    • Collaborate with international units to enhance network referrals, while monitoring and managing income uplift, budgets, and forecasts to ensure market profitability.

    • Assess potential risks and challenges associated with the company's expansion in the market and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

    • Evaluate the direct and indirect competitive landscape, identify client pain points, and refine workflow processes to enhance efficiencies and minimize risks and costs.

    • Contribute to revenue growth in Vietnam by providing insights into potential enhancements for products or services, and by assessing the current situation and anticipated changes in the external environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Education Level: Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-complexity large-deal business.
    • Discipline/Related Field: Banking, Finance, Economics, Business.
