Business Development Manager (Open to Korean)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Korean clients in Vietnam through both direct and indirect channels.
    • Ensure effective market coverage, technical capability alignment, and efficient resource allocation based on customer needs and value creation.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhance customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
    • Plan and implement sales initiatives to achieve defined targets and support the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Maintain regular customer engagement to understand their business development, strengthen relationships, and identify additional opportunities.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and market trends, to identify opportunities and support sales and marketing strategies.
    • Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to support market expansion and competitive positioning.
    • Lead and monitor commercial campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and manage pricing strategies for parts across relevant markets.
    • Support the development of standardized commercial processes and tools.
    • Represent the company in business discussions with clients, including communication, coordination, and consultation on products and services.
    • Manage end to end customer accounts including sales forecasting, supply coordination, order processing, delivery tracking, and payment follow up.
    • Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
    • Promote new ways of working across teams and markets, supporting collaboration and change initiatives.
    • Ensure all activities comply with the company’s Code of Conduct, EHS policies, quality standards, and local regulations in Vietnam.
    • Coordinate product sample processes, including submission, follow up, and delivery tracking, and manage product approval procedures with support from application engineers.
    • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on product developments.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
    • 5 to 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in heavy industry or technical sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
    • Strong capability in sales strategy development and business planning.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Energy sector.
    • High ethical standards and strong professional integrity.
    • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, sales processes, sales techniques, and control systems.
    • Experience in technical sales across multiple industrial sectors.
    • Knowledge and experience in developing the Energy segment and supporting key drive customers is preferred.
    • Native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to travel within Vietnam and internationally.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with strong service attitude and responsiveness.
    • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
    • Adaptable and able to perform well in dynamic or uncertain environments.
