Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and implement sales activities to achieve targets and support overall business strategy.
- Visit and engage with customers to understand their development status and needs, strengthening relationships and expanding business opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities to grow the business platform continuously.
- Gather market intelligence to monitor competitors and trends, recommending strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop new markets and sales strategies while keeping an eye on industry developments and competitors.
- Lead commercial campaigns, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies across markets.
- Standardize business processes and develop commercial tools to improve efficiency.
- Manage customer relationships end-to-end, including forecasting, supply planning, order handling, delivery, payment follow-ups, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for sample handling, product approval processes, and customer coordination.
- Stay updated on product information and developments to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Drive collaboration across departments and countries, promoting new ways of working and positive change.
- Operate in compliance with company policies, environmental, health & safety, and local regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field with Mechanical Engineering background.
- Typically, 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years specifically in heavy industry sales.
- Demonstrated success in sales, meeting, or exceeding targets, and managing large accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Capability to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Energy clients.
- Good understanding of marketing strategy, sales process, technique, and control system.
- Native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency; Vietnamese language skills preferred.
