RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire more clients through Real-estate Projects, Real estate Agents, targeting lists, or middle/ senior executives working for large / Multinational companies.
- To develop and maintain active referral relationships with targeted sources eg: big real-estate developers, big real-estate agents, senior sales managers, or best sales working on real estate.
- Successful and consistent conversion of leads to sales.
- Be multi-skilled to handle all kinds of transactions and services in the bank.
- Cross-sell multiple standard products to affluent clients based on identified needs eg: Wealth, FX
- Relevant sales/acquisition experience in Banking (Having a priority customer portfolio is an advantage), Financial Real Estate, and Luxury Products.
- Highly results-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills
- Team player with initiative and assertiveness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with the ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales/acquisition experience in banking.
- Preferred: Customer portfolio in financial services, high-end commercial real estate, or luxury products.
- Bonus: Experience in providing financial solutions, particularly in mortgage loans.
