Description:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve company goals and revenue targets within Melbourne, Australia.
- Identifying new market opportunities and creating strategic initiatives to penetrate key sectors, including utilities, commercial and industrial clients, and grid operators.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and team leadership within the energy, renewables, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and their applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of devising and implementing successful sales strategies.
