Job description:
- Ensure sales and targets are achieved.
- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales leads and business opportunities
- Develop and implement a business plan and sales distribution strategy
- Gather and analyze information about the industry and market.
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing them with product information
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Self-motivated, organized and team-oriented
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
Job requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
- Experience in the Solar industry is a must
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Have a keen interest in sustainability and renewable energy
- Team works and good discipline
Notes:
Pay range: Negotiable + will have commission
Frequent travel to once a month or once every two months
Countries to travel to: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia
Solar energy sales distributor, parts, and solar panels
Male candidates preferred due to countries the BDM is travelling to Customer oriented person preferred. Nice personality.
