Position Description:
- The Business Development Manager will support the sales team across key regions in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for promoting advanced tool management solutions, including integrated software and hardware for tool vending machines and comprehensive tool tracking systems, through both the sales team and distribution network.
- Additionally, BDM will coordinate the implementation of these solutions with our customers in Southeast Asia and partners in other regions.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
● A background in engineering is essential, with additional qualifications or training in technical engineering being highly desirable.
● Extensive experience (5-10 years) with CAD/CAM Systems, Tool-Management Software, or similar technologies.
● Knowledge of Tool Vending Machines and Industry 4.0 practices is advantageous.
● Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with PDF tools.
● Fluent English skills (written and verbal).
● Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers.
● Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong focus on customer service.
