Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead efforts in identifying and securing infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The role involves market research, client acquisition, and building strong relationships with key industry players. The successful candidate will help grow the company’s presence in the transportation, energy, and urban development sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in Malaysia’s infrastructure sector.
- Build and manage client relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Lead proposal development and manage tendering processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s infrastructure sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets.
