Business Development Manager

    Job Description:

    As Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction through the full sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
    You will work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, production, and customer service) to deliver customized packaging solutions. This role focuses on developing business opportunities while expanding market presence across Northern Vietnam.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow business in existing accounts while developing new customers.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and approach prospects with consultative, value -driven solutions.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy, including market analysis, customer mapping, and action plans.
    • Present sustainable and optimized packaging solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer success.
    • Maintain accurate forecasts, manage sales pipelines, and report on business development activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics industries.
    • Proven track record in both hunting (new business) and farming (key account management).
    • Experience working in a multinational environment.
    • Project management experience is an advantage.
    • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Capable of building trust and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
    • Strong team collaboration skills and cross-functional working mindset.
    • Technical understanding with ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
    • Basic understanding of international trading, logistics, and market trends.
    • Knowledge of customer segments such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Battery, or Telecom is a plus.
    • Fluent in English, advanced Chinese skills is a plus
