Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and directly engage with key brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead high-level negotiations and close significant deals to expand the company’s market presence.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Business Development team.
- Take full ownership of results, with future opportunities for P&L leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions to clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B Business Development experience in the AdTech, Martech, Media, or Agency sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully hunting for and securing major brand accounts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
- A highly independent, results-driven, and ambitious mindset with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ambition to build and scale a business unit.
