Job Summary:
Manage and develop renewable solar rooftop project. Collaborate with senior management and government authorities to ensure project success and meet company targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project Management: Manage and control complex renewable power project development, specifically industrial solar rooftop projects.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, monitor market conditions, and collaborate with senior management to meet company targets.
- Stakeholder Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, business partners, and advisors related to renewable energy.
- Team Management: Guide and assist junior members, review their work, and foster team spirit through regular meetings and feedback.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse benchmarking organisations to adopt market best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and respond to complex issues, escalating them when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills: Excellent understanding of power business contracts, investment analytical skill, project management skill, and interpersonal skill.
- Required Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Renewable power project development.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees in engineering, Economics, Finance or Business.
